At the JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation, we believe that every individual possesses inherent greatness. However, limited mindsets can hinder our ability to tap into this potential. Our overarching philosophy is centered on empowering individuals to identify and shift these limiting paradigms, unlocking their full potential and achieving extraordinary outcomes. Through CFG, we aim to create a ripple effect of positive transformation, empowering individuals to become catalysts for change in their communities. Our flagship project with the Ministry of Education demonstrated the power of CFG, empowering the staff of 88 schools across the island to unlock their greatness

Our Approach

 

Conversations for Greatness (CFG) is a transformative program that extends our philosophy to individuals and groups, fostering a culture of personal growth, self-awareness, and empowerment. Through CFG, participants embark on a journey of self-discovery, gaining the tools and practices necessary to:

• Envision their lives with clarity and purpose.

• Live authentically, guided by love and integrity.

• Navigate challenges with resilience and confidence.

• Achieve and sustain desired outcomes.

We partner with various organizations to extend the reach of CFG, supporting nation-building through the transformation of values and attitudes. Our partnerships include:

• Project STAR 

• The Steps to Work Programme of the Ministry of Labour and Social Security 

• MultiCare Youth Foundation 

• Community-based Organizations 

• Recipients of support through the JMMB Joan Duncan Foundation

Our Continuing Commitment

​

We remain committed to supporting nation-building through the transformation of values and attitudes through our partners in Education. Our ongoing efforts include: 

​

• Partnerships with teachers' colleges, offering CFG as a course for student teachers and those in in-service training. 

• Training Staff at Early Childhood Institutions through a partnership with the Early Childhood Commission 

• Collaborations with schools, either directly or through the Ministry of Education, Skills, Youth and Information. 

• Expanding our partnerships to reach more individuals and communities. ​
